Single ball is beneficial for trigger point in the body. An 8cm single ball can be used for massage of the opponent or foot, while a 12cm ball can be used for myofascial release of the legs or back.
Peanut massage ball targets muscles with precision for enhanced muscle release, while avioding bones and tendons to prevent damage or bruising, such as the neck/waist. 24cm * 12cm can also be used as a small yoga column, which is ideal for improving flexibilty, reducing muscles soreness.
Recommendation from customer service:
Due to prolonged use of the computer, both sides of my shoulders are particularly sore, so I will use an 8cm ball. After leaning against the wall, place the ball against the sore spot on the back and in the middle of the wall, and use the body to roll the ball to massage the damaged fascia. Make the back muscles less tense.
And for lower back pain, I would lie down and place a 24cm * 12cm peanut massage ball on my waist, which effectively relieved my lower back pain.
